My wife needed an upgrade for her outdated HP Elitebook P2560 which I bought her five years ago. She uses it every day and already has problems with it (new fan). Also, it was a Windows 7 system and she wanted to upgrade to Windows 10. I think the HP840 G2 would be a good upgrade for them. It had a similar layout with a backlit keyboard and an SSD drive. I ordered it from Itreplay and the attached photos show how it was shipped and what was included in the order. The package was securely wrapped with clear instructions on how to set up the computer. I had no problems setting it up. The laptop had no visible marks or damage. The battery is fast-charged via an HP power cord and adapter (HP brand). After installation I added HP Support Assistant to help with updates. I had no problems with that. While the computer works perfectly, I have not heard any complaints from my wife.
