OK picture quality is good, and the up-scaling happens without noticeable lag/delay, works with the GameCube and Dreamcast systems, which was the main reason for buying this.
But the idiots that made it put a male end on the s-video, and so it is useless without a female to female adapter.
- I bought this for the Wii. Hated how it was black and white on one of the tvs and this did the trick.
- Using for an S VHS VCR doesnt seem to work but I havent tried it with another TV with S inputs
