Unexpectedly Impressed: Upgraded sound!
I RECENTLY needed a new cord for my office phone and opted for this one. Through trial and error, I found that not all phone cords are created equal. This one surprised me with its superb sound quality! I no longer have to strain my ears to hear clients on the other end of the line .The only downside is that its not the most aesthetically pleasing but the upgraded sound quality more than makes up for it. overall, a great find in office electronics..
