My grumpy pair of cockatiels loved tossing seeds and millet on the ground. I used a jigsaw to cut this acrylic sheet and make a clear cover on the side of my bird cage. After trimming, I used a heat gun to give the acrylic a slight curve so it would "train" on the birdcage slats. . Now my birds can toss in all the seeds they want and they just roll onto the bottom of the box. I hate spoiling their fun, but now I vacuum the kitchen floor when I want to, not because I do it. The crystal clear acrylic allows my birds to see their "possessions" unhindered.
