I like the picture - so cute - but mine came with a defect [hole in puppy bag part - inflatable still works even with the hole [which is in the seam line, it should have strayed and left an inch hole], so it's probably an accident. However, what worries me more is that it is an external item and is it water permeable? [not through the hole] Dog mom's head filled with rain while she was deflated so I had to lift her head when she came back and the rain poured onto her leg which then ran out to get out again. I'm concerned about how much water can get in and stay inside and whether I need to make sure it's 100% dry INSIDE before packing to avoid a mold problem. Overall - very nice, but needs better finishing
