Always accurate: meat

I've had some issues with other thermometers telling me it's ready, then I turn it on and it's clear as day, not ready yet. This happens with meat, frying oil, etc. THIS THERMOMETER IS AWESOME. I never have a problem and things are cooked until ready. Very happy, will buy more if needed.
