I saw them recommended on a review site with a 10% off coupon so I thought it was worth it. I already had Airpods Pro, Sennheiser first generation and Jabra 75c. These edifiers sound GREAT. They may be better than the Sennheisers, which I was already impressed with. To be honest I'm really surprised how good they sound. I thought maybe I was just influenced by the deep bass. But in fact they have good, crisp highs, good vocal clarity, and deep but not muddy bass. They also sit very well in my ears. It is important. If they aren't sealed, they sound bad. I suspect the bad reviews come from people you're not a good match with. For planting, they must be rotated slightly. They stay well in my ear. Doesn't fall off while chewing gum (which happens with Airpods and Jabras). And the battery life is very good. I listen for several hours a day almost every day for several weeks and have to charge twice, ie about every week. So what's wrong? There are no controls. To repeat? nope Flash forward? no Pick up the phone? Ha!. Adjust noise reduction? no None of the listed controls work. There are two stamp-sized pages in the manual that don't tell me much. Maybe this is defective. But I will NOT return them. The sound is excellent to my ears. I use headphones mainly for listening to music and they are excellent. Jazz, rock, classical sound really good in it. much for music. I would give 6 stars for the sound just because I expected so little for this amount.
