I have fitted a roof rack on a jeep and needed to remove the windshield bracket for the light bar I bought these brackets to move the light bar into the cross section of the roof rack (2" tubes). They appear to be well made, but the length of the tongue was too short. They fit 1" or possibly 1.5" tubes but as you can see in the picture the top of the lightbar hit the tube. I had to install 2 extension tabs to make it work. It's not perfect, but it was the best option to get me riding again. I'm still debating whether to send them back or not.
