The ability to use multiple columns in my tables, I can easily see if there are any errors or missing values within each column of that table! It also helps me find out which fields have been updated most recently so it's easy when creating reports at work as well (where we often need detailed reporting). Sometimes having more than one person working with this program makes things difficult because they may not understand what you're trying say/doing from your end point perspective - but only being human!! We've solved our inventory tracking problem by using their system over other programs like QuickBooks where sometimes information gets lost during updates etc.,.
