I've been using retainer brite for about 5 years and when I went to Revain to buy them again I saw the latest reviews saying not only does the packaging have it changed, but the product itself and the reviews for the new version were not very enthusiastic. So I quickly searched for something else to try and came across this one with such high ratings. I have to say my retainers look cleaner with these new tabs and the price is right too.

I ordered M3 retainer cleaner to replace another product that I've read has changed and is less effective. The M3 pills I received were packaged in plain white packets (see photo), were white pills and this product was more effective than any product I have used for the night vigil I wear for bruxism. However, my second order of this product is the reason for a one star rating. My second order of M3 retainer cleaner arrived in the same box as the first order, but the tablets are VERY different,

This product helps refresh and brighten my Alignment Mouthpieces and Retainers. After a while my trays start to look discolored and even if I brush them or use my ultrasonic cleaner they don't come back as they were with this product. This product is extra travel friendly as I don't carry an ultrasonic cleaner with me. That being said, my only minor complaint is this: I purchased this product as "Retainer Cleaner" as listed on the outer packaging, but the pills themselves say "Denture Cleaner".

My mounts are so smooth and clean! I've used it once and already noticed a big difference. I took a before and after picture (5 hours soaked with a good 10 minute toothbrush in between and soaked again in the same solution) and the difference was amazing after just one use. The lower retainer feels smooth and the upper feels significantly better. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't cleaned their servants in a while and feels like maybe it's time to start cleaning lol.

UPDATE August 2019 I have been using this product as my daily morning cleanse for a year. My Invisalign aligners are still sparkling clean (new aligners every week). Rinse well. No aftertaste. Only Invisalign shiny aligners. I will be using this product when I move into the retainer phase. I read various product reviews and decided to use this cleaner for my Invisalign aligners.
