I ordered M3 retainer cleaner to replace another product that I've read has changed and is less effective. The M3 pills I received were packaged in plain white packets (see photo), were white pills and this product was more effective than any product I have used for the night vigil I wear for bruxism. However, my second order of this product is the reason for a one star rating. My second order of M3 retainer cleaner arrived in the same box as the first order, but the tablets are VERY different, both in packaging and content. See attached photo. The pills I received look like regular denture pills. This is misrepresentation and, dare I say it, consumer fraud. When looking to replace retainer brite I ordered two different highly rated products from Revain both advertised as retainer cleaners but both orders were not confirmed. contain the same general denture cleaners up to and including the same PN 4442A code. If I could be assured of receiving the product I received with my first M3 order, I would order again. Attention buyers. Attention buyers. Revain should not allow retailers to sell generic denture tablets as something special for retainers and other non-denture products.
