I love this ! It looks so nice with my updated faucet. I will add that the paper instructions are for a previous model & not this one. Also, I've noticed pics in reviews with people leaving the thick black gasket as it came out of the box & it being on top of sink where it's visible. That's not correct! The way it comes out of the box isn't how it should stay. The thin gasket goes under the neck of pump & isn't visible. The thick one goes under sink. Hope this helps !

Except the fact that originally my order had originally arrived with the missing soap tubing.but after contacting the seller, who by the way had shipped me the missing tubing along with another spare bottle.the soap dispenser it seems to do at least the same (if not better) good job as its predecessor (Kohler) who had stopped working after about four years.But the look and the price it's certainly make it "at least alright".I cannot predict though as of yet, for how long it'll do this same good

I had the extra hole from installing a faucet with the plate, so thought I would use it to put in detergent dispenser. I like having it handy, however, it didn’t register with my brain, that in order to fill it back up I would have to get u dear earth the sink to refill it! Duh! Not looking forward to that. I have learned to put the detergent on my brush, sponge or dishcloth instead of trying to put my pot or dish underneath it, because it is so low to the sink. Other than that, it is pretty…

The pump works fine, just the rubber hose that came with it is not rigid enough. When you press the pump, it causes the tube to collapse and takes quite a bit of work to get it primed when getting started.

The upper pump assembly is one piece, it pumps just enough soap to do the job, it's easy to refill from the top of the sink.I had another dispenser which had a narrow tube for a spout but the tube fell off constantly.Get the one-piece design like this one. This works great for us, one pump gives you just the right amount of soap. We don't have room for a bottle to attached to the bottom of the pump, but with the 39 inch tube, this is a great solution for us.

Soap dispenser works fine. A little hard to install because of it's location under the sink. I thought it was goin to be metal when it advertised a brushed nickel finish. The plastic looks great but not if it will last as long as metal. All said I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is a quality, metal, one piece dispenser. I’m very pleased with the one piece construction in this dispenser. The spout will not break off like the last. The soap bottle is large capacity and thick walled. I was nervous since this is a replacement. FAR BETTER than the name brands for purchase.

The installation directions that come in the box are poor. Save time by using the illustrated directions on Revain. Otherwise, this looks good and is a decent value.

Installing a new laundry sink and needed the soap dispenser. Could have gone with the grocery store variety but having it integrated with the faucet makes much more sense

This is great because my kids waste so much less soap when washing dishes. It matches my faucet and works perfectly The tube may not be long enough to reach a large sink.

This soap dispenser works ok but needs frequent wiping of the outlet to keep the soap stream from heading to the right or left. I live in a dry climate so small openings as an issue when the product dries up quickly. This dispenser is a replacement for a different brand that did not work well.

First let me tell you I have a 5 hole sink from the mid 60's stainless steel with scratches and small dents from over the years. If I was going to remodel my entire kitchen I'd replace it but to me it still works so I'm good. I had to replace the one handle faucet because of leakage after x number of years. Like everything now days I had to buy more parts to rebuild to a better standard. I will say the soap we use is pretty viscous. The problem I had was the supplied tubing would collapse from the pumping action. The second problem was the plug for the bottle was just small enough that it pushed into bottle and fell in. I love this pump. I needed something to cover the hole left from the sprayer when the faucet was replaced. It is a great match to my new stainless steel Delta faucet. It is not metal, but a coated plastic. It pumps well, and the bottle holds an ample supply of soap/dish detergent. I don’t know how long it will last, but for the price, I would get another in a heartbeat. I really like the thicker nozzle. It looks much classier than other styles. I would definitely purchase again.

We needed a new soap dispenser, and our first local replacement purchase was defective, and returned. I found a good unit online and I checked several store branches here but it was not in stock.
