Review on 🛒 2-Tiered Serving Cart - Nathan James Carter Rolling Bar for Tea or Cocktails, with Metal Frame and Oak Wood Shelf in Black/Brown by Gloria Shaw

Okay this may be my second Amazon review in my years at Amazon but it is so necessary for this product/company. I ordered it with the intention of having it at our house for our NYC party. I assembled the whole part only to find out that the glass part (last step) didn't fit due to an error in the metal frame. So I emailed Nathan James Furniture directly and they responded to me promptly on Friday afternoon. They realized how frustrating it was and told me they would send a new part immediately. I let her know how badly I needed it for a party but as it was a bank holiday weekend and there was no main delivery it didn't arrive on time. HOWEVER, we were actually able to fix and use the one we had! They told me not to worry about sending anything back, just keep both pieces, great. YOU THOUGHT MY POSITIVE FEEDBACK WILL END HERE, BUT IT DON'T! A month later I accidentally receive a package from Godiva Chocolate and I think my boyfriend is very cute. Well, it wasn't him. Nathan James Furniture sent me Godiva chocolate truffles to apologize and thank me for my patience. I AM IN THE ESSENCE?! I have never experienced such incredible customer service. I'm still amazed. The bar cart is also perfect. I like its looks, it's beautiful and durable. It was exactly what I was looking for. Moral of the story: I will always buy Nathan James furniture, and you should too.
