Well packaged. All necessary installation parts included. No assembly instructions but went together easily. I liked the first one so well that I ordered a second one. Casters work really well - forward, backward, right or left is all easy. The protective plastic does take about five minutes to remove but it kept the shelves blemish free during shipping. This cart is made of good quality, I struggled a bit screwing on one of the shelves but it finally worked out. What did surprise me is the height. The height is measure based on the bar, which I new and I thought. not a big deal. It does actually look a bit short though and in all honesty, if I bought it in a store, I would have returned it. I didn't feel like shipping it back

I ordered two of these carts. They are lightweight, easy to push, great for taking about anything from room to room. I'm extremely happy with the carts and their ability to turn, to be used on carpet, or hard flooring.

Exact size as described, looks very durable and no problems with parts or extra tools because all is included with a manual.

The cart is professional looking and very sturdy! There were no assembly instructions however we figured it out easily. It’s a little bigger than I was expecting- I should have checked the dimensions more Carey. But it still works in the planned space and is great for holding and organizing my art supplies. It holds a lot!

No assembly instructions included, but not too difficult to assemble if you lay out all the pieces and see how they fit compared to the photo. Once assembled it seems like a good sturdy trolley.

This stainless steel cart is perfect to put my big kitchen appliances on so I do not have to carry them. They are readily accessible.Also, the narrow style of the cart fits perfect in my long pantry. The three shelves give my lots of storage options with the taller appliances on top.

The cart is sturdy once put together. Assembly instructions are a series of poor drawings with no verbiage at all. The biggest problem was that a 30 minute job turned into almost 2.5 hours because there was a sticky black film almost everywhere that needed to be cleaned off and it was not easy to remove. I use the cart for storing small appliances and cooking with them. There is no way to get around cleaning the black film off unless you plan to use it for potting flowers outside or working…

have 3 pumps on the bottom shelf of the cart didn't use the middle shelf and use the top for a computer in a shop. the cart still rolls fine. over time the wheels may degrade. Stainless is easy to clean and the lip on the edge help prevent items from rolling off.

I'm very disappointed in the cart. It isn't what I expected at all. It looks much cheaper than in the pictures I saw. One wheel isn't even touching the floor so it wobbles. I definitely would not recommend.

I bought this cart for home use. Great size, very heavy duty and stable. Absolutely no instructions! Luckily I have a son who is good at assembly. Didn't take long and only tool needed was provided. I look forward to many years of use.

I liked every thing about this cart, the looks and ease of assembly. There were no instructions, but looking at the picture I figure out how to put it together.

This cart has been great for my purposes. The only difficulty with putting it together was that the instructions did not match the materials in the box. Once I figured that out it was pretty easy to get together.

We order a lot through revain but this item was by far the worst piece of junk we've ever received. There are no instructions included as to how to assemble. The shelves were caked in a thick layer of dust to a point were we had to clean the pieces before assembling. The shelves were also warped and had long deep scratches on them. The packaging was intact, the cart wasn't. After the unit was assembled, the cart was not level due to one wheel not even touching the floor. Just no!

The product arrived on time and the construction materials are qualty and would be easy to assemble. The twelve M8 x 45 screws that would hold the shelves to the rails we're missing fro. The parts bag. I contacted the seller and was told the screws are not in the parts bag and should be taped to the bottom of a shelf. They are NOT there and when I replied and told them so, they dropped Communications. Poor workmanship and customer service!

When I opened the box, the product seemed to be really great quality, but when I went to assemble it, it was missing two parts. It was the same case with the second order. I am not sure if those parts are optional, but the very simplistic instruction sheet clearly labeled them to be in the set. Thus only 3 stars.

I am an auto mechanic. I use it to stack parts I remove cars to keep them off of the floor. Very sturdy and easy to move with some weight on it. Definitely would recommend for kitchens and hotels if it can withstand car parts.

This is an outstanding product. Had a full size microwave that I decided to put on a cart instead of over the stove. The cart is sturdy. Lots of storage. Easy to move.
