I am one hundred percent satisfied with the purchase, I recommend this product to everyone.

In spite of my height and weight (185 and 105 pounds, respectively), I found the seat to be quite comfortable. More affordable options than 16k are preferable.

Pros

The chair serves its purpose well. There has been no backlash, creaking, etc. that I've noticed, and it seems well made and well put together. Now, let's investigate this even more. The lumbar support is comfortable and refillable.

Cons

As for the drawbacks, I had to fiddle with the side case because the bolt wouldn't reach the hole without some modification, and the lumbar support was unpleasant for me right out of the box. Everything works out fine in the end.
