Sturdy and works as intended

Item works as intended but assembly required some thought as no instructions were included. Also the box was hardly a box when it was delivered in another box but surprisingly all the parts were there. Also, some of the zip ties were cut, indicating it was a return. parts were there, I decided to leave it. I am happy with the function of the item but not so happy with the condition it arrived in.
