For a very low price it's surprisingly solid. Compact, with good sound quality in the speaker and earpiece. Programming is difficult. Without the guide I would not have figured out how to change the ringtone volume or tone. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to completely disable the ringer. It's awkward to use as a calculator, and there's awful music on the hold button that's not only for the person on the other end, but for everyone to hear through the speaker. Basically, as a working landline phone, it's really good. I just wouldn't recommend looking for the other bells and whistles it advertises. All of them technically work, but not all are that great.
