Overall a solid hub with good performance and two important qualities. The first important feature is the detachable USB3. Need a USB hub to use with a computer with a USB-C port? Just buy a USB-C to USB-A 3.1 cable. Connect side A to this hub and side C to your computer and you now have more USB ports available! The second feature is that it does not power the computer. This is very important and not many hubs have this feature. (Most active hubs provide power to the USB ports, but they also provide power to the connector that plugs into your computer. This can cause crashes, motherboard ghosting, and all sorts of oddities. This hub doesn't have that problem!) This one Center saved my day. My computer's operating system was corrupted, so I had to restore it from a backup. So I connected this hub to my computer. I then connected a bootable flash drive, a 4TB external hard drive and a 500GB external SSD. I could easily boot from a USB stick and copy hundreds of gigabytes of data between different devices and my computer. No weird device shutdowns or anything - this hub worked flawlessly and I was up and running again within hours. I see that some others have commented that some of the USB connectors came loose after a few months of use. I just received the hub so remains to be seen durability. Overall, definitely a buy recommendation.
