Spoons marked 30ml or 1/8 cup. (1/8 cup is about 29.5 ml, which is enough for most cooking purposes.) However, a scoop actually holds 26 to 27 ml depending on how you deal with the meniscus, which is enough for making coffee or anything else to notice culinary situations. There really is no reason anyone can't get the right size!
