I think they are empty. The way to light is to be solid stainless. Also a bit short.
I don't know why they came in a red box with lots of Chinese inscriptions but they work as intended. But they are easy. At least compared to a standard steel bearing. They are used for spacers so this is a really good size for us. By the way, they are a bit smaller. 1,900" not 2,000"
