I like that it is easy to add new questions with forms without writing code! It's also really well organized for how you can create different types of conversations (such as "What are some things we should consider when deciding which product or service?").
The interface could be more intuitive - there were times where i couldn't find what was supposed click in order get something done because my search results returned too many options/pages at once- so maybe have an easier way just show all pages instead? You don’t need any coding knowledge & this makes adding form responses quick + simple!! We use fobii primarily during onboarding meetings by having our customer success teams answer common FAQs before they even sign up using their own personal profiles created from previous interviews via google hangouts / screen sharing tools such us zoom etc.. This has been very helpful since its saved time creating multiple documents but allows CS team member flexibility if needed.
