This review is long overdue! We bought 2 sets of these gates for our twins. The first gate we received definitely had some design flaws. The soccer net was easy to remove and use as a dog escape door lol. The lock on the door wasn't very strong, so it was easy for them to bend down and pick it up (they're mischievous and work as a team). And other minor annoyances. The second gate we bought to expand with growth got huge upgrades! The goals have become stronger and more reliable, and they have adjusted the soccer net covering. We were so impressed with the design upgrade that I emailed the company to ask if I could purchase additional Dripex connectors to install on our old original gates. They sent me the whole set for FREE! Customer service was amazing. I wish we could take it anywhere, it's the only place we can sit and be calm that they can play freely and we know that they are safe. You are super happy here! Most valuable purchase so far! Only tip: we had to remove some panels (we have 2 sets of 14 panels), they were too long and made them less durable. Love love these gates!
