Review on Element 2GB MP3 Player Black by Randy Bin

The operation of this device is very confusing. I have several MP3 players. They all have less memory than this one. When I was at KMart they bought it for a special half price. Basically, $12.50 for a 2GB memory card was a hell of a deal. That being said, the basic MP3 playback options are a pain. It works. The navigation takes some getting used to. You have a little switch that you can slide forward or back and click to select. The pressing wasn't very obvious at first. To make matters worse, the default color screen mode changes the screen color every time you flick the navigation switch. Some colors are very legible, others are almost impossible to read. It was the first thing I fixed. In general, MP3 plays. This is a 2 gig flash drive. I definitely got good value for money. I'm not sure if this will be my primary MP3 player though, despite having twice the memory of my older one. The fact that you can't select "Album", "Artist", "Genre", etc. makes it less useful.
