Great tool for plantar fasciitis relief

My husband bought this for me because I wasn't sure and there were no other reviews. I'm so glad he took the plunge and bought this instrument. It is great for stretching your foot and leg. I use it with elastic bands to do some of the exercises my physical therapist taught me. Using it for massage also helps. I highly recommend this item.
