One of the smartest airflow designs I've seen that also saves space and makes travel easier. The two side ventilation slots are located on the top left and bottom right of the case with the PCIe slot riser. What's left is the top left vent exposing the CPU and PSU fans and the lower right vent exposing the GPU. With the new Z170 ITX motherboards you can get the most out of this case! Power supply: An SFX-L (extended) power supply can be easily installed in this case. You may want to have extra SATA and Molex cables on hand to power each component as space is a bit limited. Hard Drives: The main bay has two snap-on slots for 2.5" hard drives (just like a graphics card has its own bay with separate airflow). Hard drive far back in the bay Graphics cards if you can get a decent 1.5cm graphics card. And I think if you ditch the optical drive you can throw in a fourth (contact me later when I look it up). good, except the front bezel doesn't match the case well. I couldn't open the Blu-ray drive with the ODD cover that came with it. She was confused. I've just used a different frame and it works fine, although not as pretty as I like. I have an ultra-thin (9.5mm) drive in the ODD slot, which now has a 3mm gap between the drive and the opening leaves. I find this a bit annoying as it takes care of the air intakes. Also, buy a Syba SATA to Mini-SATA cable with a Molex power supply if you want to use an optical drive. At first I forgot to bring one, but the SilverStone power supply requires it. Graphic card. Any card can be inserted here. Seriously, the space is huge. My GTX 970 looks tiny in the video slot. There is also a small rubber clip that will hold the back of your card so it doesn't bend in the middle. Opening the graphics card bay also gives you access to the underside of the motherboard, where the m.2 slot is often located. It also makes installing a CPU cooler easier. Airflow: A++! I can't tell you how excited I am about how quietly I can keep this going. Each vent is located above the fan intakes and blows directly onto your phone/GPU/CPU/PSU. And each vent is covered with an easy to remove/clean dust filter! Excellent, SilverStone! CPU cooler height: It is difficult. The site says it can have a radiator up to 58mm, but I was able to mount a radiator up to 65mm. I have a 95w TDP processor that can get REALLY hot so I really couldn't skimp on a cooler. Here's what I've done and recommended to anyone who buys this case: Buy a DEEPCOOL GABRIEL CPU cooler and replace the fan with a 12cm Noctua iPPC 2000rpm fan. I found it to work in this case ONLY barely fits. Now I can overclock my CPU and keep RAM and chipset cool with a big fan. I've tried all sorts of CPU fans, but Noctua's 2000RPM industrial fan really was the perfect combination of quietness and cooling performance. Something less powerful can't handle my CPU and something more powerful is too loud. Cons: As I mentioned earlier, the optical drive cover doesn't fit well and gets stuck. But that only bothers me because I'm using an ultra-thin disc. Legs are useless. You fall every time you move the tower. The chassis comes with rubber feet for horizontal placement, but you can't mount anything on it as the vents are really necessary for airflow. But that's really about all I can fault. I've seen photos of someone putting a liquid cooler in a case, but I seriously doubt this is an acceptable solution for most consumers with this case. For this to work, you need to do some serious work. Pros: Airflow. Engineered for versatility. Great design. SOLID craftsmanship. Ideal for gaming or home cinema. Here is my setup. As of February 2016, I built it mainly with the most modern components: Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 Mini-ITX DDR4. Motherboard CPU: Intel Core I7-6700K 4.00GHz, 8MB. 2000RPM Combo iPPC Fan Power Supply: SilverStone 500W SFX-L RAM: Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz C14 Memory Primary SS Drive: Samsung 950 PRO-Series 256GB M.2 Internal SS SSD Optional SS -Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5" SSD Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW Graphics Card
