Causes a painful rash

Update - developed a painful rash after using it. I ordered this cleaner for my husband. The package came just wrapped in thin plastic and unscrewed a bit so part of it leaked out. I thought it smelled nice as the plastic had a decent scent, but when I opened it it smelled like baby blisters or something with a hint of cologne.
