Sister’s Christmas gift wrong song

I got this from my sisters Christmas gift special the leaves look very fake and cheap. Also it was supposed to be beauty and the beast but the song was totally different and not any song from beauty and the beast. Was very disappointed when I heard the music and it wasn’t the right song I thought it was going to be since she’s such a beauty and the beast fan.

  • Shipping not good at all lights didn’t work but my daughter still loves it

The Rose is so beautiful and well made

I would purchase this again for a loved one. It did take a few tries to get one that I was satisfied with. The first one had a scratch on the glass and the second one the rose was disconnected from the base. Customer service was amazing at handling the situation and cross shipped a replacement Rose direct from their warehouse. Most of the quality issues were due to the handling of the items during shipping.

Beautiful but broke

Not even within a month of gifting this to my girlfriend the glass piece broke away from the base. It was out of return time so I was SOL. Nice music though.

Very nice product on my review.

I bought this as a gift for my Son's wedding as he and my daughter in law's first dance is to A Tale as Old as Time. I am slightly disappointed that this isn't the song it plays, but the gift is beautiful when lit. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Not Beauty and the beast related

I bought this for my mom, as Beauty and the Beast is her favorite Disney movie. I was disappointed to know that the song associated to the rose was " you are my sunshine” and not a beauty and the beast song. The whole reason I bought this one it was because of that. I felt cheated.

Disheveled in my review

The box hadn't been opened once shipped from Walmart, but the ribbon was not around the box, looked dirty as well as the gift box. Was concerned there was damage, but it appears to be fine.

A romantic buy! on my review.

This product comes with a remote and a spin box at the bottom which plays music. The product spins with a music while the lights glow. Can enjoy the music without the lights as well. I got this for my wife for our anniversary and we both love it!

Won't keep a charge. The charger that came with it, doesn't even plug in. Very disappointing, as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter

Bought one and the music box portion did not work. Got a replacement right away. SECOND ONE DID NOT WORK EITHER! Will be getting a refund.
