Wonder if I can still get a replacement

I got this for my daughter at the end of April for a HS Graduation present for end of May and I hadn’t opened it previously to see if it worked properly :/ she opened it yesterday after Graduation and it doesn’t play music or spin around. one of the main reason I got it was because it played our song, I’ve sang her that song since birth to this very day! So I wonder if it’s too late to get it replaced and or who to reach out to to find out since I didn’t know it was broken until yesterday when she opened it :( I can’t give this an accurate rate on the product as of now to see if this gets resolved but I will update review later!
