The best thing about this system was that it allowed me to track my shipments in real time, which I did not have with previous systems we used (Boatworks). It also saved us from having tons of excel spreadsheets tracking our orders each day - instead everything went into one database where all information could be pulled up at once so no manual entry or double-checking needed! We were able use multiple carriers for different types/shipping methods within certain zones but had difficulty keeping them updated as they weren't linked together yet through flexfrt's API integration feature.- Tracking invoices are still manually entered by employees who then need access keys created via an app called "Access Keys". This takes extra steps when entering data because you're waiting until after creation before getting your key back; if someone forgets their password there isn't.
