I was a bit hesitant to buy due to lack of reviews and discount. However, I'm so glad I bought it! This is a piece of polarized plastic - these are the privacy filters. However, there is no bracket, and with my Dell 19 inch flat panel I didn't even have to attach "tabs" to the monitor. He appeared right on the screen and didn't move. This reduces eye strain but doesn't make the screen too blurry or gray for users. and privacy is great to have. A tilt to the right or left of the monitor and it dims.
