The color is what you see and they look great. They seem to last a few washes but I haven't had to wash them yet. For me it's a deal breaker that they wander around so much and have to be constantly put back in place. The cheap ones that were replaced were rubber backed and didn't move at all. If you read between the lines, it means that this seller cares about their customers' opinions and their reactions to the products they sell. In my experience, they are determined to fix customer problems no matter what it is. They made several offers to address my concerns, but I turned them all down. Life doesn't exist according to my convenience. Bottom line the color is light which is why I chose them and they protect my feet from the cold floor in the mornings. I would recommend these guys for the sole reason that making money comes second and customer service comes first.
