The way you attach the lanyard to the call button is absolutely insane. It's impossible to connect them without untying the knot on the little black thread, without untying it from the black snap connector, without threading one end through the white back plate and then through the slot in the snap connector and trying to tie the again small knot. This fundamental design flaw renders the entire device unusable. If you can't keep the call button with you, it won't do you any good if the call button is pinned to a wall somewhere, if you fall on your back and can't get up. Wake up people and stop selling useless crap.
