So far I'm happy with the results

I've been using this product for a little over a week. So far I'm happy with the results. I haven't noticed too much of the strength gains I've read about over time, but I'm very pleased with the results as a pre-workout supplement. As with creatine, I've read that it takes time to see results, but having been taking creatine for quite some time, I'm not sure I'll notice an increase in strength from BA based on the results I see from creatine. I will continue to use the product and update this part. I took the recommended amount of 500mg to 1.5g pre-workout. I didn't notice much at the 500mg dosage, but did notice after a second time with the same dose later in the day. So I tried 1mg the next day and 1.5mg the next day before training. These two doses gave me a big boost of energy and a slight tingling sensation, but it was barely noticeable. I usually take about 100mg of caffeine and 1g of L-arginine pre-workout, so I've now added BA to my stack and will continue to do so. The only downside is the sour aftertaste, which is difficult to get rid of unless mixed with juice or a smoothie. For this reason, it is not recommended to take it alone or with water, but it is a supplement only, so it tastes the same. I'd rather not have flavors and other crap you have to pay for.
