My thoughts on the product: 1. For two packs, it was very beneficial for the tempered glass screen protector. It's good to know I have a backup in case I make mistakes during installation or the glass ever breaks.2. I like that there are separate cutouts for the front camera, sensors, and microphone. While other screen protectors have a single large opening that makes installation easier, it's a nice touch to have separate cutouts that look a lot better. It's nice that this 2-pack kit also includes TWO sets of installation stickers, a cleaning cloth, etc. It's nice that the company didn't skimp and only gave one. Great that the customer was thought of. Good job.4. Installation was pretty easy (and I didn't even have to use the installation stickers that came with it). As with any cut out screen protector, installation can be a bit tricky. But if you clean the screen properly, take your time and take your time, the installation can go very quickly and beautifully. Since it is a piece of tempered glass, the rigidity of the glass made it easy to install. After installation I had two corners with some kind of ghostly air pockets - I could push these air pockets apart so I knew there was no dust underneath. I just took my fingernail and very slowly and gently pressed the corner of the protective film so it lifted slightly, then let go and lowered the glass again. It worked well to get rid of one of the air pockets. On the second, I just put my thumb on the glass and held it there for a few seconds. When I raised my thumb, the air pocket was gone. Now the protective glass looks perfect - and I have a backup for later! If you proceed carefully and slowly without rushing, the installation should go smoothly. Great product and love that I have a second spare protector! You've already spent a lot of money on the Surface Pro - do yourself a favor and buy a good quality screen protector. This one is highly recommended!
