The most important thing that I like about Stax Travel is its ease of use and the fact that it has many different modules like the one that I use to manage my bookings for each of my clients. The price is also very reasonable and I find that the program is quite stable. I don't have any dislikes as the program is simple to use and provides me with all the tools that I need. This program works best when you have a large number of clients as you can manage them all very easily. It has made my job easier and I can now keep all my client information in one place. It is easy to create new accounts and customers are easily searchable via categories. I do like the fact that the program integrates with QuickBooks Online. There are some things about the user interface that could be improved but it is still usable. Most of our business comes from direct sales so this is an important tool to keep track of our sales. We love that we can easily add/edit custom fields and use formulas as well.
