Best I've ever used and I'm PT!
I am a physical therapist so I have a lot of experience working with muscles and using therapy sticks like this. I've tried different reed brands and styles over the years and I have to say this one is my favorite. Its lever-oriented shape makes it the easiest to use. All you need is a wall, a hard back of a chair, a bed, or the floor, and you can greatly relieve spasms. I use mine often. It is especially good for headaches in the back of the head. Definitely recommend!
