The process of working with Higher Talent was very thorough from start-to-finish! I appreciated that they were able to provide me several different options for interviews/candidates before narrowing down my list.

They also provided multiple people who could answer any questions or concerns about candidates (which made it easier when we decided whom to bring into our hiring committee). We did not have an interviewee preference at this time so there wasn't much "work" required by us once their team had identified potential applicants. However, if you do prefer certain types of resumes over others then make sure your preferences are clear beforehand as well as ensure that those requirements can be accommodated within the candidate's resume.
