Update: I contacted UGREEN to explain my problem and they replied that the claim was filed with Amazon as it was a shipping issue. The problem is that I can't just return one cable, I have to return both and to be honest it was a long wait to receive them. I don't recommend them unless you want to deal with a damaged cable. I bought these 2 bundles of cables specifically to extend the USB 3 range of my Oculus Rift S. While one of the cables was in perfect condition - and after testing - provided a functional add-on for my Oculus, the other offered, as shown in the attached images, where - something in transit along with the packaging the product came in, was completely destroyed. I will update my rating based on customer support's response to the complaint.
