Bought these for my son and although he loved them and said they were warm and cozy he still complained that the waist was too tight. He later mentioned that it became looser after a few washes. As for the other thread, I found it started to gather and I've only washed it about 3 times, so the fabric isn't the best quality. However, so far rough play tolerated without tearing!
