Little one needs company authorization to return and pays $14 in postage to return!

This item was so tiny it wasn't worth the dog constantly trying to get the cord that had to be used to shrink or shape it. I want to return it to get a bigger one, you had to get the company's permission to make a return, it took a few days to get a response. Then you would have to pay the postage for it. So it couldn't be returned to Kohl's store, I had to take it to the post office and pay $14 to ship it back. Such a divorce!
