Review on ZMLM by Firman Harrington

I was eager to visit ZMLM's online store, but regrettably, my visit left me unimpressed and disappointed. First of all, the selection fell far short of my expectations. Even though they have a wide selection of toys, games, and craft supplies, I thought the options were somewhat constrained and uninspiring. The pricing were not very affordable, and many of the things were comparable to those you could get at any big-box retailer. Even worse, the company's customer service was at best subpar. The response I got when I had a query regarding a product was delayed and unhelpful. The packing for my order was also evidently slapped together hastily, with no care or regard to detail, when it eventually did arrive. Overall, I felt let down by the ZMLM online shop. Even while I value their attempts to provide a wide range of products, I think they could significantly improve both their selection and their level of service. I would advise exploring elsewhere for your toy and gaming requirements till they improve.
