pulls hair out on massage tools
i can't use it because it pulls my hair out no matter which of the two head types i use so its fun but watch out you don't go bald lol. I kept it anyway and used my neck and shoulders as a soft massager. I think it requires other types of heads - a "cone shape" would be PERFECT as it doesn't twist and pull hair, a wide cone with a rounded side of the tip touching the scalp would work perfectly - too bad that Engineers and the designers of this product didn't come up with this option, they probably didn't do a lot of testing :)))
