I was in love first.

So don't get me wrong, this has to be one of the best balanced switch cases in terms of portability, durability, protection and value that it offers. There are many reviews of good things, most of which I agree with. So I will first list my claims in this case. They could definitely give the folks protecting their Switch some leeway as to where the Switch rests. I prefer to keep a case on my switch when not constantly using the dock and the silicone cases on the joycons and with both it had an insanely good fit when there was no strap to push it out I think, that I'm going to have trouble getting my switch out of there. So I keep my joysticks in my bag and just the screen at the bottom so things fit better and the screen slides into a self-folding stand quicker for me. On the other hand, an accessory bag on top. I think it actually has too much space. However, it depends on what kind of accessories you actually want to take with you. The power supply fits perfectly and stays in place, although I only have two joysticks to test and not four or more, there's no real way to attach them there, allowing them to swing slightly and possibly a few to fall out. You can take a lot of toys with you, but the directional placement feels like a design flaw as the toys hang down, especially when you're actually carrying the case by the handle. After a short walk, I found that half the toy carts I had had fallen half out. Turning it the other way games would freeze while you kept it idling, but it's much better with games jostling and jiggling a bit when you're carrying them by the handle. I'm only referring to this case to actually transfer the console and the game, not carry around it, so that doesn't matter either. Those two flaws aside, this case is amazing. The kickstand is great. It uses soft material and supports the Switch well. I use it more often than the crappy HORI plastic stand I bought a long time ago. I'm really wondering if it's advisable to rely on for long gaming sessions as the vent cutouts on the back could be bigger and I'm not sure if a protective case like the one in my photos would lead to unnecessary overheating. but it's still a great option and standout feature. As for the actual protection of your switch? I'm sure a fair accidental drop on the floor will keep your Switch nice and secure even if the case lands on concrete. Waterproof? Honestly, I don't advise you to keep it by the pool or in the bathroom in hopes that it will protect against accidental water immersion, but if someone accidentally spills something on the case, I'm sure everything inside will be well protected. I may have sounded harsh about this product, but it's incredibly worth it if you want a case that will hold your switch, power adapter, multiple joycons, and tons of games at once, and the exterior material is actually strong enough to withstand to protect them all. .
