The stand is solid, the screw is not very good
The stand is solid, easy to install and meets my expectations. The screws that come with the stand are not strong. I drilled pilot holes in the underside of my oak table but still cut off the heads of three screws with a cordless drill to install them. Use the minimum torque on your drill to get the job done, or have spare screws on hand.
