Thinner but more comfortable
This pillow is thinner but quite comfortable. One side has a geometric pattern and is cooled. The other side is smooth and has no cooling effect. It comes with a removable, washable pillowcase. I sleep restlessly and change positions frequently. This pillow was comfortable. I usually prefer bigger pillows but this has always made for a good night's sleep. There is an initial cooling effect, but this passes. Overall a comfortable pillow.
