The product came with a foot pump and 4 cheap inner tubes. The inner tubes material are the same as what you buy for a child pool ring at the drug store. I found it easier to blow it up with my mouth. My husband used the foot pump provided and it took him longer to finish the task than I did and the foot pump tube kept falling out of the stem. One float with two tubes worked fine. The 2nd float had one tube develop a leak on day 2 so half of the 2nd float didn’t stay inflated. I’m not happy with this product. There was no patch repair kit included so we couldn’t even attempt to fix it. I don’t recommend this product.
