Great for on-the-go lighting
I purchased a kit that included a Bowens flash adapter mount. Firstly, it is compact and there is enough space in the carrying case to fit the flash, trigger and receiver. This will prevent items from being lost after leaving the house. The assembly is quick, as is the dismantling. Be sure to practice folding the softbox a few times as it can easily get in the wrong place and just won't fold down enough to fit in a bag. I have used this softbox indoors and outdoors. Its compact size is a boon when heading to a photo spot, while being large enough to be effective.
