good for the price, setup is ok

if you have a godox ad200 or regular flashes this is a cheap (reasonable cost) softbox. Quality and design are good. I just prefer my Westscott Portable Beauty Dish as it's easier to put on and take off but doesn't work for flash. If they did a more rectangular version I would prefer to use most of them for a portrait or a body portrait. Great product for the price you pay.

Great for on-the-go lighting

I purchased a kit that included a Bowens flash adapter mount. Firstly, it is compact and there is enough space in the carrying case to fit the flash, trigger and receiver. This will prevent items from being lost after leaving the house. The assembly is quick, as is the dismantling. Be sure to practice folding the softbox a few times as it can easily get in the wrong place and just won't fold down enough to fit in a bag. I have used this softbox indoors and outdoors. Its compact size is a boon…

soft and easy on camera and photo

This soft box is a simple solution to harsh lighting. It's fast, portable, lightweight and easy to assemble. Folding it for the first or second time seems a little strange but after a few uses you get used to it and for me at least it made more sense. The softbox fits right on top of the S mount, and the two diffuser plates flatten the light pretty well. This mount will hold the square head fairly securely, but you'll need a new S-type mount if you plan on mounting a round head or V1 in it…

DO NOT BUY Lighting controls and modifiers

I am a professional photographer and would not recommend this at all. It has potential, but there are several problems.1. It cannot be folded and put back in the pocket. It's possible, but it's not easy at all. It probably needs two people.2. Due to diameter limitations and lack of adjustment in the opening, you cannot attach a mounting bracket. There should have been a zipper so you could put the mount in the hole and secure the size with the zipper. I need to change the mount so I can use…

Excellent main light modifier

Bought for a home studio. This is my main light for learning tabletop, portrait and product photography. It looks good and feels good. I found it to be a high quality product. I use it with the Revain base stand and Godox S-Type mount. The softbox easily connects to the S mount. The assembly connection is strong; I've never had it fall out of its bracket while adjusting or repositioning the lights. Includes 2 translucent diffusers. One can be installed in the box and the other can be attached…

Great for softbox beginners

First, be careful when you take the softbox out of the case. I'm pretty sure it will hit you in the face. (I'm a victim) This is a fairly large block for an even and soft spread of light on the subject. You have the option of double diffusion for even softer light. The bracket turned out to be stronger than expected, I think it's made of a metal material. The tilt of the mount is the only problem, it's not very easy and it sounds like it's going to break but it isn't. The arm also has a section

Be careful, it's not as easy to fold as you think

When I first unfolded it, the box didn't quite hold its shape. 2 sides sagged in front and I believe one of the wires was twisted 180 degrees on 2 sides causing it not to fold properly. After about half an hour of threading the wires through the seams of the pockets I was able to (sort of) straighten it out, although the sagging never quite went away, but at least it held the shape of the box a bit better and I was able to fold it back up . Looking at the stuff in the box makes me wonder if it…
