This soft box is a simple solution to harsh lighting. It's fast, portable, lightweight and easy to assemble. Folding it for the first or second time seems a little strange but after a few uses you get used to it and for me at least it made more sense. The softbox fits right on top of the S mount, and the two diffuser plates flatten the light pretty well. This mount will hold the square head fairly securely, but you'll need a new S-type mount if you plan on mounting a round head or V1 in it. Just slide in the AD200 and place it on the right size stand and you're done.
