The headset with the phone is just a miracle! I work from home 8 hours a day, answer the phone and do customer service. The noise canceling feature is great and everything about it works flawlessly! The LED screen displays the date, it also has caller ID, time and a call duration timer. There is a mute button, flash button, pause button and redial. Use the power button to answer or dial a phone number. The headset is adjustable with a single earpiece that is comfortable and easy to wear. The only thing I don't like about the headset is that one side is earless. It gets tangled in your hair if you have long hair. So ladies (and gentlemen), try not to style your hair while using this headset! I would recommend it to anyone working from home. The price is great and it seems durable enough to last a while!
